Exciting Opportunity: Join BOSF as our next Operations Director
Birmingham Open Spaces Forum is recruiting a new Operations Director for 2026.
With our current Director retiring next year, BOSF is looking for someone passionate about supporting Birmingham’s parks, open spaces and the volunteers who care for them.
Pride in Place Impact Fund is now open
Local groups can apply for funding to improve parks, play areas, community buildings, and high streets across Birmingham. Capital grants up to £125,000 and revenue support available.
Nature Call to Action Campaign Fund
Have an idea to make the West Midlands greener? The Nature Call to Action Campaign offers £2,500 to 14 community groups for projects in March 2026 that connect people with green spaces, create wildlife habitats, or bring more nature into urban areas.

An amazing 106,410 hours were logged, worth £1,340,766 (based on the Real Living Wage of £12.60/hr).
