• BOSF Tai Chi & Qi Gong interview on BBC Radio WM

    Tai Chi & Qi Gong session taking place in Cotteridge Park, led by teacher – Mark Peters.

     

    Ahead of the internationally celebrated World Tai Chi & Qi Gong Day on 30th of April – Emma Woolf (Friends of Cotteridge Park) was invited for a phone call interview today on BBC Radio WM.

    Emma spoke to presenter Letitia George about our work helping to facilitate free weekly Tai Chi & Qi Gong sessions in over 25 parks and green open spaces in Birmingham. They also spoke about some of the benefits to both mental and physical health, as well as more about the World Tai Chi & Qi Gong Day event taking place in Cotteridge Park this Saturday between 10.30am – 12.30pm. It is going to be a great event, all ages and abilities are welcome to come and join in!
