Witton Lakes (Friends of)
Friends of Witton Lakes are a group of local residents who help look after and improve the park, so everyone can enjoy this lovely, relaxing open space.
Witton Lakes is in Erdington, between Marsh Hill and Short Heath Road. The park has two lakes, open grassland, wooded areas and wildflower meadows, as well as a number of streams flowing in and out of the lakes. The group has also created a community orchard within the park.
Alongside regular litter picks and their Duckling Watch, Friends of Witton Lakes work with other local groups and organisations, including Environmental Services, Glendale and Birmingham City Council.
