Thrive is a national gardening for health charity which delivers Therapeutic Horticulture programmes, trains practitioners and provides gardening advice for people living with health conditions and disabilities. 

Thrive Birmingham is based in Kings Heath park where they transform the lives of people experiencing ill health, disability or disadvantage through gardening. As well as delivering Therapeutic Horticulture programmes to a wide range of people, they welcome community groups and individuals into the gardens for activities and events. 

They are supported by a dedicated team of garden and client support volunteers and work in partnership with other park stakeholders, in particular Birmingham City Council parks staff and Friends of Kings Heath Park.
