    BITA Pathways engages with adults experiencing mental health problems on a pathway towards person-centred recovery through personal development, learning, volunteering, employment and well-being.
    Centrally located in the Digbeth area, BITA Pathways is the largest independent voluntary sector provider of learning and work services for adults with mental ill health. Celebrating its 50th year of operation BITA Pathways can demonstrate a proven track record including successful outcomes for individuals who engage with the service.
    BITA Pathways aims to offer a person-centred recovery focused service that provides a range of opportunities designed to assist adults experiencing mental ill health in progressing towards employment. The objective is to promote personal growth and independence, with the focus on skills development.
    Founded in 1963 BITA Pathways, the working title of Birmingham Industrial Therapy Association, is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee governed by a small non-executive Board of Directors.
    The garden centre provide gardening services, sales of garden plants & flowers (including floristry services), crafts & a tea shop. Currently the centre are asking for volunteers to help clear a piece of land next to their current site, so they can expand their services – please contact the centre for further details if you or your organisation can offer help.
