Located in the picturesque areas of Sutton Park within Sutton Vesey Ward of Sutton Coldfield, Friends of the Gates is a dedicated community group focused on enhancing the facilities and accessibility of the park.

Their mission is to promote physical and mental health and well-being, ensure inclusive access for all community members, and improve biodiversity and sports participation within Sutton Park.

The group actively seeks funding to improve the park, collaborating with other community groups and organisations. Their regular activities include litter picks, path maintenance, and weed and bramble clearance.
