National Walking Summit 2019 with Living Streets: 29/03/19
The National Walking Summit 2019 this year is taking place at the Birmingham Council House on Friday, 29 March 2019 from 10am to 4pm.
In just two years the Walking Summit has established itself as a highlight in the active travel calendar.
This year’s event is in the West Midlands, and they are delighted that Andy Street, the Mayor of the West Midlands, will share his vision for walking when he opens the day. The second keynote address will come from Christophe Najdovski, Deputy Mayor of Paris for Transport, Travel and Public Space.

There will also be contributions from world-leading voices including on streets and active travel, including Living Streets Local Group pioneers who will share their successes in grassroots campaigning.
The Living Streets Annual General Meeting will take place at the end of the programme.
