Highbury Orchard – Healing Ceremonies – Om Chanting, Prayers and New sowing & planting

1pm – 3pm Prayers hosted by Cath & Peter. Forest Church, Highbury Orchard. 

New sowing & plantings will take place at Highbury Orchard throughout the day. 

Healing Ceremonies (a series of small events) is a heartfelt community response to the arson attack on Highbury Orchard resource base last May. The events run 7th – 15th September and will help the community to spiritually cleanse the earth and emotionally move on from the devastation. The healing ceremonies are also an invitation to anyone who takes part to quietly receive personal inner healing during a season of change. There are two ticketed events – a workshop in metal sculpture, From the Ashes at £20 per creature (7th September), and a Story Walk at £5 adult / £2 child (14th September). Both are fundraisers are to aid HOCCIC’s recovery process from the fire. The other events are free.
