BOSF Upcycled Art Workshop with Forward Arts! at Erdington Arts Forum

 

Birmingham Open Spaces Forum and Forward Arts! are teaming up with Erdington Arts Forum, Erdington Litter Busters and community artist Sophie Handy, to bring you an upcycled art workshop with a bit of a twist!

This workshop is part of the new BOSF pilot project: Inspire with Art – Stop Litter in Parks! We’re going to learn techniques about how to recycle / upcycle plastic bottles and other pieces of litter collected by the Litter Busters team to create colourful and eye-catching sculptures, which will go on display at the Return to Nature festival in Holders Woods on 14th September!

This workshop will raise awareness for the environment and the issue of littering, promote upcycling, and highlight the importance of plastic pollution and waste management in a fun and creative way.

The workshop is free to attend and no previous experience is necessary.
