Next Couch to 5k at Cotteridge Park starts on 8th May! Couch to 5k Tuesdays and Thursdays
If you are already a runner there is the Social Running Group on Tuesdays and 5-10k course on Thursdays.
Meet at the car park entrance at 6.30pm
