Lickey Hills Spring Litter Pick Saturday 16th April 2016

“It’s Spring Again”  so come along and join the Lickey Hills Society for their Spring Litter Pick on Saturday 16th April, meeting at the Visitor Centre on Warren Lane at 10.00am
This year, many ‘Clean for the Queen’ events are being held to help clear up Britain in time for The Queen’s 90th birthday later in the year.  Members of the Society have taken part in litter picks in the Country Park for many years and their efforts are greatly appreciated.
Please join in for as long as you can manage; the event will finish at 12.00.  Some litter picking is currently undertaken by paid staff supported by volunteers but within the Country Park, there is always room for additional help.
Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.  Gloves, litter pickers and sacks will be provided.
