Wychbury Road Allotments Open Day 4th July

Come along and join the Wychbury Road Allotment group at their 4th Annual Open Day on Saturday 4th July in support of Birmingham Children’s Hospital
The great range of activities will include:

• Live music performance from Pathfinder marching band
• Help build insect hotels with Woodgate valley park rangers and learn more from the insect roadshow
• Birmingham bee keepers society- find out more about the fascinating life of bees.
• Discover your health age – free health MOT, check your vital statistics
• Free to enter children’s colouring competition
• Paint your own Owl money box -all equipment provided
• Free to enter scarecrow competition – any size, all welcome
• Bbq and refreshments
• Grand raffle prize draw – 40 prizes to be won.  Thanks to the prizes donated from Waitrose, Apple, Wilkinsons, Bartley Green Service Centre, Black Horse Pub and many more.
• Plant sale – locally grown by our plot holders
• Home made cakes and preserves
• And lots more side stalls
