• West Midlands Park Forum Conference 22nd September Parks and Planning

    The West Midlands Park Forum is again planning their Annual Conference for Saturday 22nd September from 9.30am to 3.45pm at The Studio on Cannon Street in Birmingham.
    This year the theme is Parks & Planning with s106 and Community Infrastructure Levy explained!
    Speaker topics include

    • National planning policies explained
    • best practice in relation to planning and parks
    • understanding the legal context including s106 agreements and Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL),
    • sustainable urban drainage, reviewing different post development management options.
