Wassail at Perry Hall Park 27th January

Come and join the Friends of Perry Hall Park for their Wassail on Saturday 27th January at 2.30pm.
A Wassail is an event singing to the trees  to promote a good harvest for the coming year..this will be led by the Molly Dancers .. cider is poured on the tree.. songs and dances take place and you will  be invited to string toast for the birds onto the trees in the Moat Orchard  …..  and  bang your pans loudly!
S0 – bring a pan & spoon or something to make a noise!
Free refreshments of mulled  drinks and apple treats will be available. ALL WELCOME
