The Future of the Aston Park Pavilion Wednesday 18th March
The Future of the Aston Park Pavilion – Meal and Discussion on Wednesday 18th March 6.30pm – 8pm
The council are reviewing their options about what will happen to the pavilion in Aston Park, how it will be run and who will have access to it and at what cost. They are working with Bidgley Power to look at ways that the community can be at the heart of the pavilion’s use and it can become the resource it always should have been.
They are looking to put a report into the council for their deadline on March 23rd about what the pavilion can and should be and they need your help to do that. So they are hosting a Community Meal at the Pavilion 6.30-8pm on Wednesday 18th March, and all people with an opinion on the park and pavilion are encouraged to come along and enjoy the food and have their say. Food is FREE to people taking part in the consultation, which will be run by an external expert.
In order to make sure there is enough food, it would be good if you could let contact Matt Kendall by email ([email protected]), but coming along on the day is fine.
