Kingstanding Food Community

Kingstanding Food Community is a Big Lottery funded project based at the Kingstanding Leisure Centre. The aim of the project is to build a healthy, happy community through learning to grow, cook and love food.
Volunteers are our backbone – come help today!
Cafe open Tues, Wed, Thurs  from 11am – 2pm – Delicious food, affordable, lovingly prepared.
What’s happening at KFC? – We run regular events and workshops. There is something for everyone!
Every Tuesday, 9.30am – Cooking Workshops with Master-chef Chris Williams
Creche Facilities available – booking essential
Every Wednesday, 11am – Grow It, Cook It – family friendly sessions exploring the delights of growing and eating your own veg.
Free weekend activities for all the family – Places must be booked.
Sun 12th Oct, 10 am – Cook along Sunday Roast – communal cooking and activities for children. Booking essential.
