COVID-19 Impact on Birmingham’s Health Survey

Public Health in Birmingham have asked if people could please try to fill in the Birmingham Public Health COVID-19 survey,

It will really help them to understand the effects of C19 on the population, and respond where they can. We can highlight the importance of our green spaces within this survey and how essential they are to our health, both mental and physical.
