Development Coordinator needed for Birmingham Community Matters
Birmingham Community Matters is recruiting!
BCM is delighted to be recruiting for two paid roles, to start in late summer / early autumn 2019.
Firstly the small Birmingham charity is looking for a Development Coordinator to deliver and develop its model, which offers free peer-to-peer support to micro community and voluntary groups across the city.
If you are not yet familiar with BCM, take a look at www.birminghamcommunitymatters.org.uk.
The roles are home based and, to attract the right applicants, the working arrangements are as flexible as possible. BCM will support the successful candidates to develop their skills.
The contract is for three years, funded by a Reaching Communities England grant from the National Lottery Community Fund. There is no guarantee that the posts will continue beyond the current secured funding, although BCM will be looking for opportunities to raise further funds.
If potential candidates read the role description and feel their experience and skills are not quite ‘there’ yet, do wait as BCM will soon be advertising for a Development Assistant to work alongside the Coordinator.
You can learn more and find out how to apply at www.birminghamcommunitymatters.org.uk/opportunities.
The closing date for applications is Friday 2 August, with a provisional date for interviews set for Wednesday 14 August.
