Expressions Of Interest Invited By Birmingham City Council For 2 Environmental Sites From Third Sector Organisations
Third sector organisations are invited to submit Expressions of Interest in undertaking a Community Asset Transfer (CAT) for 2 sites. The Council wishes to see both sites transferred for the purpose of delivering community environmental enterprises, with the emphasis being on local community involvement through environmental awareness and longer term, to bring investment to enhance environmental sustainability and awareness opportunities to the community.
Mini Eden Site
Description: Is a plot of land situated within a large housing estate, which has restricted access from the road. The site contains a large brick built structure which can be used for storage and contains basic toilet and kitchen facilities.

Witton Lakes Lodge House
Description: Is a house with a garden and community orchard site.
This site has been used, till recently, to successfully promote a local environmental project with the community over a specific period of time.
