• Dads Lane Allotment Association

    The Dads Lane Allotments are part of the Moseley & Kings Heath ward of Birmingham City Council allotments. The Dads Lane Allotments facilities include, toilets, road access, water on site, car park and a pavilion with a terraced area.

    Plot-holders are welcome to borrow various tools including an apple picker, wheelbarrow, sack-trucks, hose reel, and bolt/wire cutters. They are also invited to help themselves to wood chippings for path making etc.

    A petrol strimmer is available for hire and manure is available by the barrow load, both at a modest cost.

    The allotments are managed by a committee comprising 8 plot-holders including the Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer (Officers). Committee members are elected at the Annual General Meeting in November for a period of 2 years, with half of the committee up for election/ re-election every other year. Officers serve for a 1 year period.
